      Pros

      Amazing company to work for especially if you never have worked in the trucking industry. Great to be able to work remotely Great that we get 3 weeks of PTO, 6 sick days and 4 personal days per year and get to bring 1 week over if you don't use all three weeks.

      They do not match our 401k

      Execs more focused on exit plan than innovation and building a business. Low growth opportunities. Promotion without pay.
