      Pros

      The environment is super chill. Nobody really breathes down your neck, all the guys get along for the most part, and the pay is okay.

      Cons

      The pay could be much more incentivizing, there’s absolutely no upward momentum for your career, and corporate doesn’t put their money back into the company. They waste millions on projects that are at risk of being scrapped yet are hard pressed to buy decent quality machines, instead opting to buy them from online auctions listed “as-is” and expect it to work flawlessly.
