1.Good for people who want exposure and make carrier in M.S SharePoint and CRM . 2. Gives chance to freshers .
Cons
1. They make bigger loss over smaller issues . 2. Owner has good intentions but lack a good management team . 3.Company lacks good seniors level employees who can act like leaders and bring their juniors to next level.
