      locations near every major city, and opportunity for OCONUS assignment; can be "low stress" environment

      Federal benefits, Foot in the door

      Cons

      Agency doesn't care about the well being or effectiveness of their employees, Manassas/ Chantilly is not interested in growing/ developing their employees and have a "you're replaceable!" attitude, No one is interested in improving the working environment of the agency and have largely decided Manassas/ Chantilly is a lost cause, Leadership counting down days to retirement and not interested in making decisions/ doing their jobs, Their replacements will be hired from the outside, Supervisors caddy with their subordinates

      Pros

      Annual leave and sick leave are just about the only good parts of working for the government. It was by far the worst employer I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      There are far too many to list here. The phrase "good enough for government work," doesn't even come close to how ridiculous this agency is.
