There are no pros... only this company is to destroy your career.
Cons
From the first day, they start to screw you. They never give a single day off even on public holidays. And want that their employees should work 24*7 for them. After working this much, you have to beg them to get your salary. Worst experience in my whole life. At the time of offering the job. they make false promises.
