Pros

Freedom to innovate good solutions, working with solid web technology, led by a knowledgable founder who really values privacy and security. User experience is taken seriously, especially relative to most small companies in the area.

Cons

Management can be difficult to deal with, there was a lot of pressure to work late hours, both explicitly stated and implied. The product sometimes lacks direction, and funds are tight.

Interesting product, difficult management

- Cool product idea that people actually need - Liked my coworkers - Convenient location - Good compenstation for a start-up

Cons

Management: certain people were downright mean. Product priorities shifted constantly without the rest of the company knowing why. Seems like the people at the top made all the decisions without any input. Lots of us ended up leaving because the culture was rough.
