Pros
Delio is a fast-moving organisation, evidencing and striving for growth. As an employee, this is felt by the varied nature of work, the fast pace of deliverables and the constant evolution of our product. One of my favourite things here is the SCRUM/Agile method of working. Collecting as a group on a Monday morning to set the vision for the week and the coming together at the end of the week to see what we've achieved. There is really nothing more rewarding than watching your ideas come to life as the result of a true team effort :)
Cons
Most Friday catch ups are held in the local pub ... okay! If I have to ...

Pros
The work and the culture are both fantastic. Very open and transparent, and there's an atmosphere of getting things done that's very refreshing. The technology being implemented is also very diverse and interesting - and as the business grows it's interesting to see how it's being applied. There's nothing else like it out there!
Cons
Sometimes difficult to keep up with the pace of change, but that's part of the excitement of working in a quick growing business!

Pros
A vibrant and supportive company that cares about its employees. Everyone cares about their work, I don't feel as if I have to go to a job but that I can't wait to meet everyone the next working day. It is a great culture and environment where you can grow and are supported to be your best self through positive encouragement.
Cons
I cannot find any cons to working in Delio.

Pros
Delio is welcoming and forthcoming with lots of opportunities to get stuck into since I started. More often than not it is a fast-paced working environment that is made all the better by the enthusiastic and hardworking people in my team and everyone in the company. Fridays tend to find people going to the pub, and there are casual social events too that's all great for team bonding and unwinding! Specific team catch-ups put in place make it easy to communicate what's going well during the week and to identify areas where we can improve individually and as a team. Fortnightly retrospectives and updates also provide great insight into other areas of the business and offer an accessible chance to discuss ongoing work across departments. I've found that I've been able to make my role my own by putting my stamp on various digital and print projects big and small. Taking accountability and ownership of things has been important to my personal development within the company and is a great positive about working at Delio. Also, the Cardiff HQ is a great space to work in and it's refreshing to see the base of operations being kept in Wales despite the business growing internationally.
Cons
Sometimes it can be challenging to keep up with projects as new ones arise, but that's a great opportunity to take advantage of to grow your skills and capabilities. The more you put in, the more you get out of it!

Pros
Having come from a big corporate, I have loved the culture at Delio. From day one I was taking the lead on exciting new projects and have learned something new every day. Working at Delio is exciting, fast-paced and a winner if you are looking to work for an innovative new company that is going places.
Cons
If you're scared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, Delio might not be for you, but if you do, I can't think of a better environment.

Your contribution has made such a difference to the team and the product, so happy you're getting as much from working with us as we are from having you.

Pros
You get a lot of responsibility to show what you are capable of. Your work doesn't go unnoticed and you get thanked for your continuous hard work and rewarded over time. we all have a say in how things are done. no voice goes unheard. There is an excellent working atmosphere. We get a nice Christmas break.
Cons
Can be stressful at times because of the startup culture. Need to do some overtime every now and then.
