      - There can be noticeable power struggles between regions and teams, which occasionally leads to tension - Work life balance varies significantly depending on the team/region. - Benefits are pretty non existent!

      Pros

      A great company where everyone is really passionate about what we do and are connected to our vision and purpose. We are really focused on our people and have a huge desire to ensuring colleagues have a great experience. Everyone also has the opportunity to contribute towards growing the organisation and getting involved in areas which wouldn't normally be in your day job.

      Cons

      As a growing organisation, we are still building some of the basic elements required to ensure smooth running of the business - however it's a great opportunity to get involved in things outside of the day job!

      Pros

      I'm proud to work for Delivery Associates and of the work I do, I know that I am making a real difference not just to the business but to the people we serve. I have felt engaged and motivated, as well as supported in my own personal growth from when I joined years ago.

      Cons

      We work remotely, so sometimes you miss seeing people face to face, but we are now meeting eacother more in regional settings and there is a great amount of online interaction
