Pros
Fun, Exciting, Challenging, Rewarding - and most importantly the most AMAZING team environment. Wonderful benefits, constant employee recognition and competitive compensation packages.
Cons
Some may see change as a Con, but I enjoy it! As with any new business there is change and course correction - just smart business practice and often necessary to grow and evolve.

The staff is great, the products are top of the line. So much time and effort goes into each project. This place is a example of quality over quantity. Everyone is easy to get along with and shares the same vision foe the company.
Cons
None, this is the best place to work for.
