Quite frankly, none whatsoever as a new person wanting to work there.
Cons
I did 9 interviews with this company only to be rejected 3 months after we started the process because they wanted someone based locally, in spite of knowing I wasn't based locally from the very beginning. The majority of the interviews were with Senior Management, many took over an hour with each individual answering questions, preparing presentations...all of that to be told I wasn't getting the role although "everyone loved me and really wanted me, so they didn't knew what to do". I kindly requested to take that under consideration from the very start instead of wasting time, they said they agreed, and then still took 3 months of my time, and efforts to go back from point B, to A.
