      The people are nice , but all new

      The coompany posted H1 results for 2024, and Densitron lost 22% revenue, but they didn't tell the City about the order book, which will mean 2025 is even worse. It's a shame in my opinion, the new CEO came in before covid, inflated all the profit margins , and clients left , maybe they lost 50% of clients. Also the parent company just had the ceo, fd and another board member announced as leaving. I left when i saw all this coming , share price tanked.

      Pros

      There is opportunity here to grow in your role. If you have a good idea then senior leadership will listen and support you. I think there is a great line here between being given the right amount of responsibility but also having support if you need it. In my experience, senior leadership also consult workers on their happiness in their role, and that contributes to an ever growing positive, transparent workplace.

      Cons

      Internal communication can be a problem. I know that the company has acknowledged this and there are steps being taken to address this.

      People i worked with were nice enough, but kept leaving.

      Cons

      My opinion is that the company kept adding profit margins during covid, and now they are either losing clients or have a whole book of slow clients, because their share price is terrible, and they posted bad predictions. They treat the staff like assets, to be used and let go. The pay is average, and the top guy in charge is very strange
