Supportive and encouraging nature of the Management. You get to work directly with the Directors of the company as it is a start-up you will get exposure to 8bit,16bit,32bit micro controllers soldering,servicing,programming micro controllers Hands on work Documentation On-site Opportunities(My Friend even got a chance to go abroad)

Nothing as such Steep learning curve
