    Pros

We can work from home during pandemic period.

    Cons

Give up using the existing system, don’t spend money on it. Listen to the staff and understand doing different way in different country.

    Company for desperate foreigners

    Pros

Employees are nice, we were all stuck in the same hell hole anyway.

    Cons

The same can't be said for the managers. No paid overtime with too much work and so little time. DA is just a company that got too big too quickly and that tries to bite more than it can chew.

    Pros

There was training, good people and learned about many things about the country where I live.

    Cons

I observed that it was hard to be promoted unless there were people quitting.

    Pros

Friendly working environment, little or none overtime work, free coffee

    Cons

Managers are always hired from outside (employees can’t advance to that level no matter how good they are), can be very stressful at peak season, complex but monotone work, little chance to be promoted from this position

From a people focused company to a corporate machine

    Pros

As long as the current CEO and HR practices are there, there is none.

    Cons

If you want to work for an emotionally unbalanced, rude, micromanaging CEO then DA is the perfect place to work. The former owners of the company worked very hard to ensure that people were well taken care of and overnight a new CEO was brought it and she managed to completely damage and change the culture. There is a lack of professional work ethic and lack of human approach to the business. Serious lack of leadership and professional management skills, the work place is extremely toxic ( which is something that was never there but the current CEO has created) , bringing in high salaried expats that don't know anything about Asia. This has created a feeling amongst local staff that the focus on the company is on expats rather than supporting local talent, creating an us and them mentality.
