      - Flexible schedule and work options, can come in early and leave early or work a later day - Collaboration and learning options both in team and with other departments - Great office space - Open communication from management - Interesting work, every day is different - Fun office events - High standards and always aiming to meet those - Always geared towards process improvement - Unlimited vacation - Growing industry and client roster

      - Great people. Team is very collaborative and very smart. Everyone is helping out others. - Work life balance with open time off. There are at times requires overtime but not the norm. - Open communications with management. - Great team events. The yearly family day event and holiday parties are always the best. - Great location, on subway line. - Competitive compensation

      - Using dated technologies and not true cloud architecture
