Pros
-Nice office -Some people are pretty experienced so you can learn a lot -Okay-ish benefits In general, it's pretty ok only if you're a junior/starting mid developer.
Cons
-Unexciting projects (some of them could be very nice, but if you end up in a wrong one - God help you) -High turnover rate which increased over the last year -No transparency between teams -No clear direction in culture as team is growing -Salary is lower on average than anywhere else -Increasing risk of churn -Pretty poor life/work balance
