By and large Devbridge is a great place to learn and grow. I enjoyed a varied and enjoyable career here and would not change anything. • Fast moving • Had autonomy • Great clients • Meaningful projects • Recognised efforts • Live the company values • Constant strong message • [initially] quite a flat structure
Cons
As the company grew there was a constant desire to 'make more money'!! people are squeezed hard and the pressure starts to show. It would seem year on year there was no let up... ultimately this was so the value of the company to inflate before selling. Insertion of a new middle management tier was very poorly handled and the company lost a number of people unnecessarily. Very sad. Globally the company lacked diversity. This was recognised though and they were trying to rectify.
