This company is being bought out by Sevita (formerly The Mentor Network). New company seems like they have a lot to offer the employees and clients.
Cons
Low household food and supply budgets for current company (DDMS). The people they serve never seem to have what they need for food, clothing, and household supplies.

I was able to get promoted. I loved the disabled clients there.
Cons
Staff came to work high, administration didn't care about drug use, and the insurance was awful. Tons of sketchy practices and often no support/training. Left for my mental health.
