Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback – we truly value it. We understand that you have felt unsupported by our leadership and dissatisfied with our training and operational systems as well as with leadership. We are disappointed to hear your feedback about your onboarding experience as we have invested a lot into our new employee training program, and it often receives very positive feedback from employees. While we know we are not likely to shift your viewpoint here in this response, we want to reiterate that we highly value our employees and their contributions. We strive to create a work environment that honors their time, commitment, and expertise while providing opportunities that align with their skills. We recognize that your time with us did not meet these expectations, and we will use your feedback to improve the employee experience.
