The marketing team I worked with were good people who worked incredibly hard and supported each other.
Cons
The most toxic environment I’ve ever experienced. No work life balance, technical staff believes you are less than human and there to serve them. Boys club runs the show and they’re abusive and disrespectful. No opportunity for advancement of any kind as they will actively lobby against it believing that marketing is a basic administrative function. Zero diversity.
