      Pros

      No day is dull - There's a always room to improve on existing work. New challenges are always nearby. Equal opportunities and respect between peers - everyone has a check and balance on each other's work. Highly supportive teams - everyone's ideas and work are constantly put into a feedback loop. Work methodologies are always improving - regular discussion on how to be more effective and efficient at their job and how you can enable others. Not pigeonholed into your specialization - welcome to dive into areas you are not familiar with to get more exposure which can improve your overall work.

      Cons

      Dev team and customer service team are in different time zones. Communication between regions quite limited. Hard to get first hand feedback/experiences from customers. Teams can sometimes feel divided, but is slowly improving through enabling and encouraging an open communication/interactive company culture.

      Pros

      It feels fantastic to work for a company that harnesses data science to boost the cultural sector. Dexibit's work culture fosters learning, growth and leadership with a good balance of challenge and support - my time here has been a great boost to my skills. My coworkers are passionate about what they do and are great to work with. I didn't know it was possible for company culture to be this good anywhere!

      Cons

      We have offices in different parts of the world, which is actually fantastic but requires some additional effort regarding organizing meetings and communicating between teams.

      Pros

      Dexibit has a really good culture of supporting one another and being celebrated for who you are. You walk in an instantly feel comfortable and invited in. I think everyone I first met greeted me with a hug to welcome me to the team. You can tell that everyone is really committed to their role which is refreshing to see from jobs I have had in the past. I've never felt like I have been micro managed - but rather supported and taught.

      Cons

      This is a global company with offices in DC, New Zealand and London. This makes it harder to get a question answered quickly but it's not the worst thing.

      I'm so happy to know that's your experience - we're great believers in the importance of diversity and celebrating what makes us all unique as individuals. My favourite team tradition is Friday game night - such a nice family feel with everyone around the table.
