I worked at Dialog Information Technology full-time

    Pros

If you're an immigrant you gain some experience. If you're an Australian citizen you need to stay away.

    Cons

This is a company that simply doesn't care about you, your career or the interests you have in advancing your career. If you're on the bench then you will be sent to a project regardless of whether you have the skills or experience. From there, you'll most likely be told to work 10-12hr days in order to meet requirements of Dialog. On your contract it will say you're expected to work a few extra hours up from 40. Expect much more than just 40 hours. The account managers and management believe that you're very much replaceable and care little for your overall well-being. Expect to be treated like a nothing who must work long and arduous hours to perform a role that you originally had no knowledge of. Dialog is a company who's reviews truly do depict it's overall culture and the way it treats it's staff. Do not work here and if you do choose to work here use this as a stepping stone.

I worked at Dialog Information Technology full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you can settle for peanuts then this place is the apt one

    Cons

Very rude account managers, they think that the team members and the employees are slaves that wait for the peanuts... Dialog IT has got a permanent staff in Airports & ports to fish new aspiring migrants and give them a job with peanuts! Advice to new migrants never fall for these tricks.
