They will harass you about how many sick days you have taken even when it's below the number of sick days you're allotted each year. They won't keep employees informed and if you ask a direct question rarely will you get a direct answer.

no chance of promotion in fact if a vacancy ever comes up and you apply they find any reason not to interview so that you stay in your current position. Any chance of promotion eg lead hand jobs they will find a reason to give the position to friends of Mc Fadzean even if the person has had no aircraft experience at all. Also if you are head hunted by a company Diamond will go out of their way to disrupt any offer.
