Overall poor company to work for.

Pros

Nice office in a central location. Free company mobile and laptop.

Cons

There are lots of cons working for this company I am afraid. To sales focused and sales team will lie to get a deal done which results in lost business. Most members of staff have never worked anywhere else and as such do not know how a company or office should run. Culture of racism and sexism throughout the company. Inexperienced managers who have progressed internally and are unwilling to listen to outside ideas. Management play favourites with friends often receiving praise or promotion. Poor overall product. Very poor leadership. Managment is out of thier debt and unable to complete simple tasks. No long-term vision within the company. Always looking at today's figures only. There is a fake positive attitude however everyone talks behind each others backs.

Pros

Determined to modernise and move with the changing recruitment space. New digital products that are making a difference. Do listen to employers as a whole. Good benefits and staff social events are encouraged. I do enjoy my time here, I will only leave for progression.

Cons

ultimately still an old legacy job board.

Pros

Great bunch of professional colleagues, nice office culture

Cons

Management focused on themselves, not willing to work with their teams to achieve mutual goals. Very unclear strategy which changes constantly, no stability. Recently many good employees left purely down to poor management and lack of support. Most of the managers are just there to take home their high wages without actually doing any work, they have team members who will do that for them. When they not needed anymore they'll disappear without any information as to what actually happened. Many different brands/teams within company with an absolute lack of integration.
