If you want to work under permanent pressure without any result - this is a place for you. - management blames everyone for everything without taking professional responsibilities for product failure - micromanagement everywhere - all managers are friends and buddies for years - no result for 3rd year, no roadmap, no product vision, no strategy - team managers claim to be the smartest people in a company, but they don't have any digital experience whatsoever - arrogance, bullying, harassments - come-and-leave attitude, whole teams are leaving - pretends to be Brenntag R&D center, but they fail year by year - politics is everywhere, no collaboration, total isolation - no clearly working processes and nobody cares about them. All suggestions and proposals are being ignored - no communication between management and employees - extremely bad leadership from top to bottom - and so on. If you care about your professional career and work/life balance, avoid at any cost.

Poor leadership in the Singapore office. Person at the top bullies other female employees. Shouts at them and humiliates them, especially if other employees are around to watch. Picks favourites and tries to turn employees against each other. Says things like “for me, women are the problem” and “she must be having her time of the month” about other women in the organisation.
