Probably the best animation studio in Taiwan Excellent place to be for artists who would otherwise be limited by lack of English ability Taipei is a comfortable, convenient city to live in Overtime is quite reasonably minimal compared to what is typical in this line of work Receives strong support from local government and industry
Cons
Management not very in tune with the realities of animation production Budgets and schedules are often not reasonable to achieve expected outcomes Company priorities get shifted around unexpectedly Technology seems generally behind the curve compared to competitors Language barrier often causes misunderstandings between company, staff, clients, and vendors
