Laughable Culture

Pros

I think the people overall are nice and helpful. At least the employees at the bottom level are. Few good people can't float the boat and they soon quit. I am sure they are more valued at other organizations.

Cons

The culture around the company is bad. CEO just doesn't care about the smooth work culture. People constantly are in the meetings but there is hardly anything fruitful comes out. Stupidest and most arrogant people are employed at the managerial positions who don't have a slightest of the idea of what is going on or how to handle teams. Very low salary doesn't help either. No bonus, no good vacation time and mindless chatter about stupid stuff. I was glad to get out of the place.

Pros

You get a check and full hours.

Cons

The Office personnel are so childish. If you dont fit into their "club" they are rabid dogs. You hold different belief system they treat you like trash, talk behind your back, gossip, spread lies about it or worse turn everyone against you. You go to HR, HR goes to the manager, the manager goes to the "club" to tell them the "juicy" stuff. They only care about their sales because that means a bonus. They praise un-ethical behavior, depending on your status you cannot communicate with all departments with out getting some sort of retaliation from someone - upper management does not want their employees to grow within the company. And If you want to move up then you have to brown nose your way there. There's no accountability for anyone's action. They blame people for stuff that happens on their own life or for their mistakes.

Pros

Employees and management are friendly but work is toxic and company violates Labor Code when it comes to Overtime.

Cons

They have 2 hours mandatory overtime every day every week which is forcasted which is illegal based on the labor code of the Philippines. Their employees are underpaid and overworked. Sometimes forced to work 6 days a week including weekends.
