      Great coworkers, but management creates a toxic environment

      Enjoyed working with my coworkers and residents

      Cons

      Unsupportive management. Favoritism given to certain workers. Very unprofessional environment. You will never be able to enjoy a day or weekend off without being made to feel guilty about it or receiving multiple calls and texts even after saying no.

      Too much "Corporate" involvement

      No work life balance "Corporate" involvement and opinions based on numerical data and no aligned with the wants or demands of the residents we serve.
