Pros
By far one of the best places I've ever worked! Distinctly has such a wonderfully supportive culture where everyone's successes are celebrated. You're never left alone and everyone helps out when needed, making it such a joy to work there, even when it's busy! Such an amazing agency with great people and a relaxed atmopshere. Whilst there can sometimes be tight deadlines, no one's ever made to feel like they are under extreme pressure, everyone's trusted to get their work done.

Pros
Clients are varied and interesting, primarily across Google Ads but also Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, plus occasional more niche platforms. Managers are supportive, and internal or external training is available on all aspects of the role. A shared Audible account gives access to relevant reading materials (or there's an in-office library!) Regular performance reviews are thorough, including 360 feedback, and give comprehensive, realistic objectives for improvements. They also provide notes in advance of reviews, which allows time for processing of the comments. Ongoing progress trackers also support personal development and provide direction. The company culture is good, even for remote team members - Slack chat is active, occasional days in the office allow for face to face interactions, and regular company and team video calls keep us all connected without being overly involved. Plus occasional London based socials are always good fun. Work/life balance is important, and managers really lead by example here. Remote work - already in place before Covid - is well supported and embedded in the company culture, while there are office spaces available for those who want them.
Cons
Client hours are tracked via Forecast - this does take a bit of getting used to! But it's not invasive (it's self reported, not automatic), and does make resource management easier. Otherwise, genuinely no cons or drawbacks. It's a really great agency to work for.

Pros
Since starting everyone has been very welcoming and I've settled in really well here at Distinctly. I feel that with the help of my line manager and others I've developed my knowledge well and have become much more competent throughout my day to day tasks. There is a real sense of community at Distinctly which is really good to see. Overall, my first year or so has been great and I've learned so much and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
Cons
I haven't come across any big cons whilst working at Distinctly.

Distinctly is a great workplace, with a review structure in place that supports personal development. I joined as a Junior SEO Executive and from the start I felt I had enough support and training to aid my professional development and knowledge. Distinctly has a great company culture, with flexible working hours, hybrid working, health care insurance, payday lunch and more.
Cons
I have no cons to add, Distinctly is a great place to work!

Pros
- I joined Distinctly in a junior position and right from the start, there was a lot of room to train, develop and grow professionally. - Super flexible hours and working habits make the work-life balance a lot easier - Really friendly team with regular socials - Payday lunch, and optional private health care are also nice perks
Cons
- As the team grows, it is more difficult to get into the office and see everyone on a regular basis

Pros
A super friendly and welcoming company to be a part of! The offices provide a sociable environment to work in and the team is very supportive, ready to provide you with whatever you may need.
Cons
As the company is growing at a rapid rate, it can sometimes be hard to get a seat in the office. However, we're hoping to expand out to a new office soon!

Pros
Distinctly provides a brilliant environment for learning - especially for junior team members who get solid training and exposure to client work from an early stage which really fast-tracks development. The company has a really strong culture and values which are lived out through the senior team, meaning that these values are also followed by the rest of the team. Working at Distinctly, you do have a good work-life balance and you do not feel like you are overwhelmed and can seek support from managers/ seniors which is very positive. Leadership are also always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working and are very progressive in this sense, especially with the flexible hybrid working, bonuses and company policies which is great. There are a large number of clients which has a lot of advantages as you are able to get exposure to doing SEO/ PR within lots of different niches and producing strategies and implementing them across different industries.
Cons
The key areas of improvement would be: * How to provide feedback internally to different team members in order to help their development/ improve your own development. * Helping mid-level strategists/ executives move up to the managerial level, whether through specific Account Management training, more involvement in the sales process, or increased exposure to developing strategies for bigger clients. * Have more specific internal time built-in in order to focus on key areas of interest that align with your personal KPIs.

Pros
Distinctly is a very supportive work place, with structure in place for everyone's development and reviews. Everyone across the agency works together as a team, to create an engaging and fun place to work. Employees are highly valued and trusted here to do their work. With lots of flexibility in how they balance work and life priorities. Learning and development is the top priority for the agency, which can be seen in both the internal training program and also external training investment.
Cons
There aren't any cons, its by far the most flexible and caring place I have worked.
