The positive reviews on here HAD to be posted by management! The leadership team needs a "wake-up" call and has to learn what's most important to their employees. The recommendation is to clean house and rebuild the leadership team from the ground-up. 4 Pay Plans this year, all of which got worse as they progressed. Sure it's been a turbulent year and keeping a job is great, but having your pay reduced by more than 60% so they can hire expensive, worthless headcount is pure insanity. When communicating this to management, a member of the senior leadership explicitly said "They can all quit if they don't like it; no one is irreplaceable". Can you believe that? Several of their seasoned AE's have left recently because of the pay plan and after putting in their notice, were not even acknowledged for their many years of outstanding service and dedication to this dwindling company. Not only that, they weren't even contacted by anyone. Crazy! No career advancement opportunities. You're stuck where you are! The company is purely focused on net-new customers, and is not interested in the churn rate or taking care of existing accounts. Members of the services team is leaving because the recent hires on the team can't execute and they cannot drive to success. Customers have no faith that the cloud team can execute on projects, and therefore go to competitors. HR is a complete joke when employees address specific concerns and important items....completely unreliable and does nothing to help the employee's concerns.
