-remote that’s about it, can’t think of anything else.

Cons

Horrible leadership, there is blatant nepotism and constant overturn of leadership and the direction of the company is always changing. No room for upward mobility, layoffs seem frequent now due to company struggles

Remote work, and they do give expense reimbursement for internet and wellness

Cons

Pay is not the best, bonus is not guaranteed, raises even for inflation is non existent. Bonuses and inflation raise is dependent on how company has been doing
