They never bother to ask nor care about what you want out of working part time with them. They do what's best for them and that's it. Imagine a CEO so narcissitic that when you explain to him what it is you want to do, he literally doesn't understand what you're saying. It's as if you're speaking a different language if you dare ask for something that might be good for you but doesn't fit what he himself wants or envisions.
