Pros
If you love dogs and want to drive a truck and work events it can pay reasonably well. However, you have to have thick skin.
Cons
* Forces you to be a 1099 contractor as owner doesn't want to pay towards your healthcare/social security/etc. * Insanely underpaid for almost all roles when checking against industry/regional averages. * Does not provide benefits (healthcare, unemployment, 401k) even to full time employees, even those that are still employees. Forces most (if not all) to switch to 1099 contractors. * Still treats you like an employee (tells you how to work, when to work, what work to do, what you will wear while working, when you will show up for work, etc.) * Expects office workers to work 12+ hours a day for no additional wages * Often times takes much longer than the documented amount of time to pay expenses back.
