None - You get lulled into a false sense of security, and then they show you what they really are.

Cons

Always overworked, no work-life balance. They promote inexperienced brats with no experience so they can underpay, and push qualified staff out. They hire the dregs of society, and don't care about their staff. Completely unorganized company, only out to make a quick buck. They only care if it makes them look good. I would never recommend anyone work here or use their services. Don't bother trying here - move on to a company that will respect you. This is not it.

Wonderful office with all the perks (coffee, snacks, fresh fruit, lots of fun and more!). Competitive pay and benefits with PTO. Excellent work/life balance. Caring & dedicated management team who are truly invested in the happiness of their employees and their patients. The office environment is relaxed, but everyone chips in and we all work hard towards a common goal together, with open communication between all levels of the organization. This team is all about quality service and it shows inside and out. I can say without hesitation that I adore working here, and look forward to being a part of this amazing company and wonderful team for a long time to come... I can't wait to see where Doctoroo goes from here - Keep up the great work!
