      Pros

      Salary on time but you will earn on number of videos basis per video 50 rs.

      Cons

      They provide salary on task basis .false promises to give guaranteed 30000 per month and don't think that they will keep you as a permanent employee .they hired everyone as a intern but they said that you will be on probation period for 3 months during placement. Lots of politics involve to get permanent
