      Competitive commission based pay Couple really good coworkers New service manager is learning fast and trying his best

      New management is all from sales, and has no clue how to run a shop. The general manager has taken anyone with any shop knowledge out of power, and replaced them with salesman (with little to no shop experience), then blames the old employees for the problems.
