Pros

You may know many nice people here

Cons

This is going to take long bacause there're TONS OF CONS of this company. They offer low salaries and nearly non benefit, which means you won't be paid well here and in the mean time, no matter how hard you work, you have no bonus, OT money or extra rewards for your performance. Also there's no growth plan for you. Don't expect to be promoted or your skills to be further developed, because that's IMPOSSIBLE here. I saw some talented and outstanding people who worked hard for Dr. Panda but didn't get anything back so they left. It turned out to be a very wise choice because all the people who left this company are living a better life now, doing jobs with career potential and fulfillment now. The management never think it's their fault to lose people. Instead they think people just come and go, there's no need to keep them. So if you're looking for an employer who cares for you and provides a long-term career plan, please pass this one. If you have just graduated and you're looking for a chance to get to know people from different places of the world and to experience the miserable culture of a micro company in China, this might be a good choice for you.

Pros

- The Dr. Panda team are amazing, friendly and supportive of one another. Which, in turn made my time in Chengdu an incredible experience. - The company is still quite young and growing, so the job role (in my experience) was what you made of it. Marketing manager was very open to new ideas and more than happy to support professional growth.

Cons

- The company is based in China, so you come across some cultural difficulties for example, you will need assistance from HR or a Chinese-speaking friend if you go to the hospital or need to rent an apartment. - You come to a stop in terms of career advancement. A lot of employees come out of this job after a few years, and advance to a higher position with more responsibilities in another company.
