      Pros

      I have had a very positive experience working for Drivosity. You get the sense that you are part if team, and that you are all in this together. The company as a whole, makes it their mission to provide the absolute best for their customers. The schedule is very flexible, so it is great for ones who are in school, or just need some extra income.

      Cons

      The only negative thing would be, I wish the pay was a bit more competitive.

      Pros

      Engaging work, rapid growth, lots of opportunity to contribute, leadership focuses on empowering all employees, meaningful mission (creating safer drivers, reducing accidents), fun environment, great team. Kind and caring management. Overall outstanding company to work for.

      Cons

      The fast pace and flexibility required for success at a busy start-up might not be for everybody. Location is a bit of a commute personally, but plenty of WFH opportunities
