      Pros

      Very transparent, high energy, good salaries. The C-suite are impressive. The colleagues are motivated and intelligent - a pleasure to work with. Great growth potential for the company and the employees.

      Cons

      Standard of working for a marketplace/tech company with a concept that people aren't entirely familiar with: the work is very challenging!

      Great atmosphere at work / Very brilliant colleagues / The team is extremely diversified / Lots of interactions with the local offices / the Office Management team is very nice and makes a lot of effort to make everyone feel comfortable and happy at work / remote whenever you feel like it / opportunities to learn a lot

      Cons

      Hard (impossible) to move up internally / very important turnover and no visible reaction from the management / some internal communication issues / lot of strategic changes but not uncommon in a startup / almost no startup advantages: no gym subvention, no Comite d'entreprise, no RTT / low salary compared to similar startups / no generalised equity plan
