      It’s pre IPO. Some good people.

      Cons

      Probably won’t IPO. The fact that there are clearly fake reviews being left to paint the company in a better light is embarrassing. You will struggle to find an employee that likes the company. Wages.

      All of the pros are broken promises Will only work out for you if face fits, DO NOT CHALLENGE ANYTHING You must be a robot Upper management are incompetent Disorganised company No team work "Mates" club No work/life balance
