Pros

Leadership is approachable, pragmatic, and has the best interests of the company and its people at heart. We're still looking for product market fit, but the products we have are good and don't have too much technical debt. We're in a good position to succeed in the future. Little-to-no politics and egos throughout the company.

Cons

The benefits are behind other companies, notably the pension scheme is very poor. There are some good ones like the personal allowance to spend on flights, but the big ones are lacking a bit. We can be a bit heavy on process, but I appreciate that lately we've taken steps to reduce that. Sometimes it feels like we're trying to do too much with the amount of people we have.
