Pros

I've genuinely enjoyed working at Dynamic Planner. The people are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help one another. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its work-life balance. Dynamic Planner understands that people have lives outside of work, and senior leadership consistently demonstrates empathy, trust, and understanding. Whether it's taking duvet days when you need a break, celebrating birthdays with an extra day off, or supporting colleagues through family commitments, the company genuinely cares about its people. It's an excellent place to work if you're raising a family or value flexibility and wellbeing. The company is continuously evolving, creating opportunities to learn new skills, take on different responsibilities, and contribute to meaningful improvements. Leadership is open to feedback and there is a genuine commitment to improving ways of working and listening to employees' ideas.

Cons

Like any growing organisation, there are challenges. Priorities can sometimes change quickly which can make planning more difficult.

Pros

Dynamic Planner has a fantastic culture built on trust and collaboration. The team is genuinely supportive, and it's clear that people enjoy working together. Management is approachable and transparent - you feel informed and valued rather than just a headcount. The hybrid working setup is well thought out and gives real flexibility without sacrificing team connection. Work-life balance is taken seriously here; there's no culture of unnecessary overwork. Career growth opportunities are real, with clear paths forward and encouragement to develop your skills. Overall, it's a company that walks the talk on being a good employer.

Cons

As with any growing company, processes and tooling are still maturing in some areas, which can occasionally mean ambiguity or slower progress than you'd like. Some teams could benefit from more structured career development frameworks to complement the supportive culture.
