      Pros

      Somehow they are Gold certified with Microsoft, which is why I was interested in the position.

      Cons

      In my opinion, this company has some shady hiring practices. They advertise for a position at a stated salary, and then quickly make you an offer that is substantially less.

      This is as close to a Russian scam as you can imagine. How they hold a Gold partner level is beyond anyone's guess. I have worked with them and not only is the company unprofessional but so is the management. Lana, Ed etc are in no way representative of professional people who have any ethics in this business. This is a "consulting" company so you are simply a cog in the machine. Your job is to bill.
