      Pros

      The company has an amazing culture, where employees feel valued and supported. Leadership is approachable, and teams collaborate well despite being remote. There’s a strong focus on learning opportunities. Flexible working hours allow a good work-life balance for many.

      Cons

      While remote work offers flexibility, it has started to take a toll on mental health due to prolonged isolation and lack of in-person interactions. Communication gaps occasionally occur, making some tasks more stressful than they need to be. Team-building activities don’t feel as engaging or impactful.

      Pros

      I worked in Dynamologic for more than 2 years and I found it a very nice & professional place to work at. Great career growth opportunities are there if you work well. Team leads are very supportive. There is medical insurance facility which I found very useful. Salary is always on time. Job security is good.

      Cons

      A few times I had to do extra hours to meet the deadlines. Though it's expected in this field.
