Dynon encourages all of its engineers to actively fly (they believe it helps to build better products) and they even have programs for getting a pilot's license or pursuing an advanced degree. The company promotes a positive, friendly, open, and honest work environment, so disrespectful, lazy, or unethical workers won't last here for long. Dynon is very loyal to its employees -- many started in the college internship program and have been with the company for many years. Dynon is a stable company and has a well-established and loyal customer base and places high value on customer feedback about its products and services.
