      Pros

      Supportive team environment with colleagues who are willing to help when needed. The variety of clients and projects provides continuous learning opportunities and exposure to new challenges.

      Cons

      As a smaller team, employees may wear multiple hats and manage a variety of responsibilities. The company is continuing to grow and add talented team members to support its expanding client base.

      Pros

      The culture used to be good. There were a lot of smart people and everyone was willing to help and go the extra mile for their clients. Elizabeth really cares about people outside of just work too.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, treats people like children, certain people in leadership positions get away with offensive / inappropriate behavior with no accountability.
