Pros

Nothing great to say for Pros

Cons

Worst company ever. They sell dreams before you start working and when you start working you discover that they are liars. They don't give new comers the opportunity to learn and grow. No team spirit and very boring company. I strongly discourage people to work there. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT where employees talk behind your back along with managers

Pros

Salary is OK, working in the center of Lausanne is a big plus for the life-work balance, and there is no pressure from management on you as soon as you do your job.

Cons

The product is rotten by politics and technical debt left by the excessive turnover of the offshore devs and on site people who care more about presenting shiny powepoints to the top managers than making sure things do work. Waterfall methodology, no talent management (even if most of the people call themselves managers), excessive processes and highly hierarchical structure.

Bad Management

Pros

Free parking and good insurance Good training program for interns

Cons

The company suffers from extreme favoritism and micromanagement. Promotions are not based on merit but rather on personal relationships and biases. This creates a toxic work environment where hard work and dedication are not valued. Compensation/end of year bonus is very low. Management does not welcome criticism and believes they are always right, further stifling growth. Additionally, certain colleagues often spy on your break times and report to managers, engage in backbiting, and circulate rumors without considering individuals' reputations. The company also has a poor/unfair policy where an employee loses their entire performance bonus if they resign, regardless of their contributions throughout the whole year. There are concerns about inappropriate behavior being overlooked. Individual accused of such behavior continue to work in the office freely and arrogantly instead of facing disciplinary action, contributing to an unsafe work environment for women.
