Family type culture from the owners in Italy to each person in all of our international and USA branches. Noone is a number in this company. Ever. We are all valued, our opinions and suggestions are valued and enacted upon. Our company cares about our employees and it shows thru their actions, not just their words. They go above and beyond for us and for our customers/clients. Our products are of the highest quality and best design, which is extremely important to us in sales. It is easy to sell a product you truly believe in and when you have all the confidence in your company supporting. I have worked in/for toxic environments/horrible leaders in other companys. I sincerely appreciate everyone in Elesa USA and everyone in Elesa SPA and all those in between. Every branch of our company works together to help other branches and individuals succeed. We are one team. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our company.
Cons
USA Health insurance. That is the only con I can think of. Honestly... health insurance in the USA overall is awful no matter what company you work for, none of it is meant to serve us citizens. It is hard to fault my company for the transgressions of our usa governments poor decision making.
