The updated pay scales benefit all employees and there is not always a set structure in the positions so there are opportunities to be creative.
Cons
-they do not put the students first -promotions are not based on merit, it is based on if you please upper management -they do not recognize the hard work of their employees -there is a very big disconnect between upper management and school administration which results in poor decision making -there is a high level of nepotism among upper management and commissioners -pedagogy and best practices are not priorities
