      Pros

      Company and management are great communicators internally and are motivated by the correct values. Freedom to give your opinion and contribute. Management is always open to ideas. Flexible work schedule. Great Benefits. The employees are treated as partners and contributors. Work / Life balance is very important at ENA.

      Pros

      Many talented colleagues. Good mission. Solid benefits.

      Cons

      Don't let the local press awards for great places to work fool you, especially if you're looking at a marketing role. That department is the most dysfunctional work environment I've ever witnessed. It functions by leveraging fear, retribution and intimidation. There are many brilliant and dedicated members of that team, but all decisions come down to the HIPPO......the highest paid person's opinion.

      People are nice and they have good insurance.

      Cons

      Not innovative and not growing. They promote people just because they have been there a while, not because they show promise.
