Top management is good as long as you forget about their existence.

Cons

- Compensation is very poor. The company does not protect (or have any intention to protect) its employees against the inflation. - Top management is detached from the employees, and middle management, which usually makes better strategic and tactical decisions. - It seems that if you are a French citizen, you climb the career ladder faster.
